Does the purchaser of the package need to be present?
Yes. The purchaser must be present with a valid ID and the credit card that matches the name on the reservation.
Can we book packages in person?
Yes. Packages may be booked online or in person, subject to availability. Online booking is recommended to guarantee availability. For specific reservation questions, please email reservations@onyxclubs.com or call 713-785-0444.
How far in advance should I book my package?
We recommend booking as early as possible. Packages are limited, and same-day or walk-in availability is not guaranteed.
What if we arrive early or late?
Packages are reserved for the selected date and time. Early arrival does not guarantee immediate seating. Late arrival may reduce the time available to use the package. Unused time is not refundable.
What if the number of guests exceeds the package limit?
Packages are priced for a specific number of guests. Additional guests may be accommodated at management’s discretion and may be subject to additional charges.
Are package upgrades available after arrival?
Yes. Upgrades may be available based on availability and require management approval. Any price difference must be paid at the time of upgrade.
Can I change my package after booking?
Package increases may be permitted based on availability and management approval. Package decreases are not permitted after booking.
What if we select a bottle priced above the package value?
If a higher-priced bottle is selected, the price difference will be added to the final bill and must be paid before closing the tab.
Can we use a different card for payment?
Yes. The original card used for booking and paying the deposit must be present. Any balance due at the venue may be paid using cash or a different card.
Can we pay cash instead of the card used to book?
Yes. The original card used to pay the deposit must be present. Any remaining balance may be paid in cash or with a different card.
Can multiple packages be combined?
Yes. Multiple packages may be combined, subject to availability, minimum guest requirements, and management approval.
Are dances or private rooms included in the package spend?
No. Dances, private rooms, and gratuities are not included unless explicitly stated in the package description.
What happens if I need to cancel my package?
All package deposits are non-refundable. The reservation may be rescheduled for up to 180 days from the original reservation date if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance by emailing reservations@onyxclubs.com.

What if the full package value is not used?
Any unused package value is forfeited and is not refundable or transferable.
